Custom Goodnotes templates for free

In my last post about my toolkit in 2024, I mentioned GoodNotes as one of my go-to apps for note-taking and task management. Today, I want to share two custom templates I've created to make GoodNotes more effective for daily use.

As a holiday gift, I'm making these templates available for free through Gumroad. Let me walk you through each of them:

Weekly planner for Goodnotes

• To Follow: Keep track of ongoing projects or tasks that need regular monitoring

Professional meeting notes template

A clean and structured template for capturing all essential meeting information. It includes the following sections:

• Topic: Identify the main subject or purpose of your meeting
• Location: Record where the meeting takes place (in-person or virtual)
• Date: Keep track of when the meeting occurs
• Agenda: List the key points to be discussed during the meeting
• Attendees: Document who participated in the meeting
• Notes: Capture important discussions, decisions, and key takeaways
• To Do: Track action items with assigned owners and deadlines for clear accountability and follow-up

How to use these templates

Any PDF page or image can be added to the Goodnotes template library as a custom cover or paper template.
